📲 Finch Wireless.AI – How to Activate Your SIM Card

✅ What You Need Before Activation

Have these ready:

  • An unlocked phone
  • Your Finch Wireless.AI SIM card (or eSIM QR code)
  • Wi-Fi or mobile internet
  • Payment method (if required)

If keeping your number:

  • Current carrier account number
  • Port-out PIN
  • ZIP code on your account

🔹 Step-by-Step SIM Activation

Step 1: Insert Your SIM

  1. Power OFF your phone
  2. Insert the Finch Wireless.AI SIM
  3. Power ON your phone

(For eSIM users, skip to Step 3)

Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi ensures a faster and smoother activation.

Step 3: Go to the Activation Page

Open your browser and visit:

👉 www.finchwireless.ai/activate

Step 4: Enter SIM Information

You will be asked to enter:

  • SIM ICCID (printed on the SIM card or packaging)
  • Phone type (Android / iPhone)
  • ZIP code

Step 5: Choose Your Number Option

Select one:

  • ✅ Get a New Number
  • 🔁 Keep Your Current Number

If transferring a number, enter your:

  • Account number
  • Port-out PIN
  • Current carrier name

⚠️ Do NOT cancel your old service yet

Step 6: Select Your Plan

Choose the plan that fits your needs and confirm.

Step 7: Submit & Activate

Click Activate and wait:

  • New number: 5–10 minutes
  • Number transfer: a few hours up to 24 hours

Step 8: Restart Your Phone

Restart your phone to complete activation.

✅ Test Your Service

After restart:

  • Make a call
  • Send a text
  • Turn on mobile data

📲 eSIM Activation (Quick Version)

  1. Connect to Wi-Fi
  2. Go to Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM
  3. Scan Finch Wireless.AI QR code
  4. Follow on-screen steps
  5. Restart phone

⚙️ Troubleshooting

  • Restart phone again
  • Turn Airplane Mode ON/OFF
  • Check mobile data is enabled
  • Set network to 5G/4G LTE Auto
